Replacing Zoho in Tampa.
Tampa sales teams and back offices live with a Zoho org that got set up once and never fitted after that, insurance renewals falling through the gap between apps and contractor quoting living in a spreadsheet. We build the CRM that replaces it, shaped to how you sell, and your company owns it outright. We set up and supported Zoho for years as a partner, past tense. Our focus is replacing Zoho. Our office is in Clearwater, across the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
Who this is for, in Tampa
Tampa sales teams and back offices living with a Zoho org that got set up once and never fitted after that. Insurance and finance teams in Westshore whose renewals fall through the gap between apps. Contractors whose quoting logic lives in a spreadsheet next to the CRM, and companies paying Zoho One for every employee when three of the apps get real use.
The work, in order
What replacing Zoho looks like from Tampa
Audit
The audit happens at your Tampa office, watching a real deal or renewal move through the org today. Then a reading of every Deluge function for the rule it enforces, confirmed with the person who depends on it, the workflow rules and Blueprint transitions, and a count of which suite apps have actually been written to. Where your process genuinely won't fit the modules, we say so in the room, because that gap is what the whole decision turns on. Where it still fits, we point you at a Zoho partner. Reworking the org isn't our focus.
Migration
Zoho exports each CRM module to CSV and covers the rest through its bulk read API. The traps are familiar. Lookups arrive as names where you need ids, notes and attachments need separate calls, and Blueprint transitions exist in no export at all. We map every field, run a test import, and reconcile the counts with you before anything gets turned off.
Build
The new system gets built while Zoho stays the system of record, importing on a schedule so your team keeps selling without interruption. Quoting logic moves inside the quote. Renewals stop falling between apps because there's one system. Books or Desk stay connected by sync if they're doing their jobs. Cutover happens when the numbers reconcile.
Handover
Every account the system runs on is created in your Tampa company's name from day one. Handover is documentation, training at your office or ours, and administrator access you can remove. The Deluge rules that mattered now live in a mainstream language any developer can read. An optional support plan covers the system we built, with no seat count attached.
Our focus
Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your Tampa team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.
Why teams here leave Zoho
Zoho One bills for every employee. The feature you need next sits one edition up, for every seat, and your real pricing logic ends up rekeyed into a spreadsheet beside the CRM. When each fix becomes one more Deluge function that only its author understands, you're maintaining a software project on top of a subscription and you own none of it.
The work
Our office is in Clearwater, at the far end of the causeway from Westshore, and discovery at your Tampa office is a normal part of an engagement. We spent years setting up platforms like Zoho for other companies, which is exactly why we build owned systems now. The pattern we see across the bay is the same one this page describes.
Questions Tampa companies ask
What people ask about leaving Zoho in Tampa
Do you meet in person in Tampa?
Yes. Clearwater to Westshore is a straight drive over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, and downtown and the port area aren't much further. Discovery and kickoff usually happen at your office. Build reviews after that run over video, which keeps the pace up.
Are you a Zoho partner?
We were, and we ended it so we could build replacements. There's no reseller margin behind the advice now. If your Tampa org needs a cleanup rather than a replacement, that's exactly what you'll hear on the strategy call, along with who should do the cleanup.
Can you fix our Zoho org and leave it in place?
That isn't our focus. A working Blueprint, sensible workflow rules and a clean set of fields will carry a conventional pipeline a long way, and that's usually a Zoho partner's job. The line gets crossed when your process needs objects and pricing logic the modules can't model. We'll show you which side of it you're on, and if it's the cleanup side, you leave with a pointer and no bill.
What happens to our historical data if we leave Zoho?
It comes with you, and it stays queryable. Accounts, contacts, deals, notes, attachments and history get pulled through Zoho's export and API into tables you own, with the original record dates preserved. You also keep a read-only archive of the raw export. Nothing has to stay subscribed for your history to be readable.
