Savannah

Custom software for Savannah businesses.

We build custom software that Savannah businesses own outright. CRM, operations systems, client portals, and the integrations that hold them together. Black Badger is based in Clearwater, Florida, and we work with Savannah companies remotely, the same way we work with clients all over the country. It starts with a strategy call. After that comes a written scope, working screens early, and a handover with the code and every account in your name.

Who this is for

Savannah runs on movement. The port and the freight, the warehousing and drayage businesses around it, the hospitality and tour operators in the historic district, and the manufacturers and distributors spreading along the interstate corridors. Those companies tend to show up with the same stack. A dispatch or booking platform, a CRM nobody ever configured, QuickBooks, and a layer of spreadsheets reconciling all three. We replace that with one system shaped to how your team already works. It fits companies from about twenty people up to a few hundred.

The work

We're not going to pretend to be a Savannah firm. Our office is in Clearwater, Florida, and Savannah engagements run the way most of ours run. Discovery over video with the people who do the work, working screens you react to while the build is live, training at handover wherever your team sits. What doesn't change with distance is ownership. The code, the database, and every account the system runs on are created in your company's name from the start.

Questions Savannah companies ask

Straight answers for Savannah companies

Do you have an office in Savannah?

No. We're based in Clearwater, Florida, and we work with Savannah businesses remotely. Discovery happens over video with the people who actually do the work, build reviews run weekly on screen, and the system is handed over with documentation and training. Most of our clients aren't within driving distance of our office. This is just the normal shape of an engagement for us.

What does the first step look like?

Book a strategy call from the contact page. Bring the platform or the spreadsheet that's causing the trouble, and tell us how work moves through your company today. If a build makes sense, a written scope follows. If a tool you already own would do the job, you'll hear that on the same call.

Who owns the software when it's finished?

You do, completely. The code sits in a repository under your company's name, and the database and hosting run on accounts your company holds. There's no per-seat license and nothing that expires if you stop working with us. We get added as administrators to build and support the system, and you can remove us at any time.
