Replacing Zoho in St. Petersburg.

St. Petersburg agencies, studios and professional firms arrive at the familiar dead end, a Zoho org configured once and never fitted to how they sell, with the retainer and proposal logic in a spreadsheet beside it. We build the CRM that replaces it, shaped to retainers and projects, and your company owns it. We were a Zoho partner and ended it. Our focus is replacing Zoho. We're in Clearwater, twenty miles up the peninsula.

Who this is for, in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg agencies, studios, and professional firms that have arrived at the familiar dead end. The Zoho org was configured once and never fitted to how they actually sell. The retainer and proposal logic lives in a spreadsheet beside it. Zoho One bills for every employee while three apps get real use.

The work, in order

What replacing Zoho looks like from St. Petersburg

Audit

The useful hour is watching a real retainer or proposal move through your current org, at your downtown or EDGE District office. Then a reading of every Deluge function for the rule it enforces, the workflow rules and Blueprint transitions, and a count of which suite apps have actually been written to. If the reading says the standard modules could still carry retainers, hourly work and fixed fee projects honestly, we say so and point you at a Zoho partner. Reworking the org isn't our focus.

Migration

Zoho exports each CRM module to CSV and exposes the rest through its bulk read API. The traps are ones we already know. Lookups come across as names where you need ids, notes and attachments take separate calls, and no export contains Blueprint transitions at all. Field-by-field mapping, a test import, and reconciled counts all happen before cutover, with your sign-off.

Build

The new system gets built while Zoho stays the record, importing on a schedule so your team keeps selling. Retainers, proposals and the pricing logic move inside the system instead of a spreadsheet beside it. If Books or Desk are pulling their weight, they stay connected by sync. Cutover happens when the pipeline totals reconcile.

Handover

Every account is in your name from the first day. Handover is documentation, training at your St. Pete office or ours, and administrator access you can remove. Seats end at the renewal. An optional support plan covers the system we built, held from an office up the peninsula.

Our focus

Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your St. Petersburg team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.

Why teams here leave Zoho

Zoho One bills for every employee. The feature you need next sits one edition up, for every seat. Your real pricing logic gets rekeyed into a spreadsheet next to the CRM. And when every fix is one more Deluge function only its author understands, you're maintaining a small software project on top of a subscription without owning any of it.

The work

We're in Clearwater, twenty miles up the peninsula, and discovery at your downtown or EDGE District office is easy to arrange. The useful hour is watching a real retainer or proposal move through your current org. We spent our Zoho years setting it up and supporting it for other companies. That's why we build owned systems now.

Questions St. Petersburg companies ask

What people ask about leaving Zoho in St. Petersburg

Will you come down to St. Pete for this?

Yes. A working session in St. Petersburg is a normal morning from Clearwater. For a Zoho engagement, the session that matters is watching how a deal or a retainer actually moves through the org today. Build reviews after that run over video.

Are you a Zoho partner?

We were, and we ended those partnerships to build replacements. There's no reseller margin sitting behind the advice now. So when the right call is to stay put and clean up your org, that recommendation costs us the build, and we make it anyway, along with a pointer at who should do the cleanup.

Can you fix our Zoho org instead of replacing it?

That isn't our focus. If the reading shows your process still fits Zoho's modules and the problem is configuration debt, we say so and send you to a current Zoho partner or your IT provider. We build the CRM for agencies whose retainers and proposals have outgrown the quotes module.

Can our data get out of Zoho cleanly?

Yes. Bulk export and the API bring records, notes, attachments, and history across, with a field-by-field mapping you approve and the original record dates kept. Anything that won't export cleanly gets flagged early. Either way, you keep a read-only archive of the raw export.
