Replacing Zoho in San Diego.

The San Diego Zoho call usually comes from a contractor, service firm or practice that chose sensibly, got years out of Zoho One, and then watched the process stop matching Zoho's. We build the CRM that replaces it, shaped to how you actually sell and owned by your company. We set up Zoho for years and were a partner, past tense. Our focus is replacing Zoho.

Who this is for, in San Diego

The San Diego Zoho call usually comes from a company that chose sensibly. A contractor, a service firm, or a growing professional practice took Zoho One for the single bill and got years of use out of it. Then the process stopped matching Zoho's. Quoting moved to a spreadsheet. A Deluge function that only one departed contractor ever understood moves the deals, and the edition upgrade that unlocks the next feature reprices every seat. That's the point where this page becomes relevant.

The work, in order

What replacing Zoho looks like from San Diego

Audit

The audit reads the org before anything is built. What each Deluge function and workflow rule enforces, in plain language, so nobody in your company has to be the Zoho archaeologist. The edition gates and API limits you'd hit next. A count of which suite apps your people have actually written data into, which usually shortens a dozen to three or four. If the reading says Zoho still fits and the problem is configuration debt, we say so and point you at a Zoho partner. That cleanup isn't our focus.

Migration

Zoho migration is well-trodden for us. Modules export to CSV and the bulk API covers the rest. Lookups come out as names, so they have to be mapped back to ids, and notes and attachments take separate calls. The mapping gets written down and approved before anything loads. Your records, notes, attachments, and history land in tables you own with the original dates preserved, and Books or Desk stay connected if they're earning their keep.

Build

The build runs in the order that de-risks it. Quoting goes first when the pricing spreadsheet is the wound. Your team keeps selling in Zoho while the new system runs in parallel, then we reconcile record counts and pipeline totals, then cutover, then the seat count comes off the renewal. Nothing switches until the numbers agree.

Handover

The raw export stays with you either way, as a read-only archive. Every account is in your company's name from day one. Handover is documentation, training on your real pipeline over video, and administrator access you can remove. An optional support plan covers the system we built, with no seat count riding on it.

Our focus

Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your San Diego team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.

Why teams here leave Zoho

Zoho One bills for every employee whether they log in or not, and the next feature you need sits behind an edition upgrade that reprices every seat. Every fix goes through Deluge, a language few developers write. So you're maintaining a small software project on top of a subscription you don't own. Owning the software is the honest fix, with the pipeline, the quoting, and the reports rebuilt around how you actually sell.

The work

San Diego has sent us Zoho questions steadily for years. We work with those companies from Clearwater, Florida, over video. Discovery with whoever runs the pipeline, working screens early, and a written scope before any build. No local office. No partner badge on the wall, and no commission riding on your seat count.

Questions San Diego companies ask

What people ask about leaving Zoho in San Diego

Can you support our Zoho setup, or do you only replace it?

Our focus is replacing it. If the process still fits Zoho and the problem is configuration debt, a cleanup and documentation job is the honest recommendation, it's the far smaller job, and it belongs to a Zoho partner or your IT provider. The first call sorts out which one you actually need, and if it's the cleanup, you leave with a pointer and no bill.

Are you a Zoho partner?

We were, for years. We ended those partnerships so we could build replacements. That experience is why we know Zoho's export shapes and edition gates cold, and the ended partnership is why you can trust what we do with that knowledge.

Our whole company runs on Zoho One. Do we have to leave all of it at once?

No, and you shouldn't. The CRM usually goes first, because that's where the workarounds live, while Books or Desk stay put and sync with the new system. Each remaining app is a separate decision, made once the new system has proven itself. Some apps stay for good, because they're doing their jobs.

Do you meet in person in San Diego?

Rarely. The work runs over video, which is how we serve most of our clients. For CRM work, a shared screen with the person who runs your pipeline beats a conference room. If a scope ever genuinely calls for travel, it goes in the scope, in writing, like everything else.
