Replacing Zoho in Raleigh.

Raleigh's growing technology and services firms picked Zoho for value and hit the quoting wall, where real pricing logic won't fit the quotes module and ends up in a spreadsheet somebody re-keys. We build the CRM that replaces it, pricing inside the quote, owned by your company. We set up Zoho for years as a partner, past tense, which is why the advice is straight. Our focus is replacing Zoho.

Who this is for, in Raleigh

Raleigh's Zoho users look like the region. Growing technology and services companies that picked Zoho for value, contractors and specialty firms that grew into Zoho One for the single bill, and sales teams that have hit the quoting wall, where real pricing logic won't fit the quotes module and ends up in a spreadsheet somebody re-keys by hand. If your CRM is the record and a spreadsheet is the truth, you're the company this page was written for.

The work, in order

What replacing Zoho looks like from Raleigh

Audit

The audit reads the org before we build. Every Deluge function and workflow rule documented for the rule it enforces, the Blueprint transitions, and a count of which Zoho One apps on your bill are actually in use. Most bills cover a dozen and three or four get real work. If the reading says the standard modules could still carry how you sell, we tell you, and we point you at a Zoho partner for the cleanup. We build for teams whose process has stopped matching Zoho's.

Migration

Zoho exports each module to CSV and exposes the rest through its bulk API. We know where that bites. Lookups come out as names where you wanted ids. Notes and attachments take separate calls. Validation rules and Blueprint transitions exist only as settings, and no export contains them. Records, notes, attachments, and history land in tables you own with their original dates, and the new system imports from live Zoho until the pipeline reconciles.

Build

Quoting goes first for most Raleigh sales teams, because the spreadsheet beside the CRM is where the errors are. Tiers, options, margins, and the dependencies between lines become rules the system enforces. The rest of the pipeline follows, running in parallel with Zoho until counts and totals match and reps have stopped opening the old tabs. Books or Desk can stay, synced, if they're doing their jobs.

Handover

You take the seat count off the renewal at the end, not on faith at the start. Every account is in your name from day one. Handover is documentation, training at handover over video, and administrator access you can remove. An optional support plan covers the system we built. There's no renewal to negotiate, because there's no renewal.

Our focus

Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your Raleigh team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.

Why teams here leave Zoho

The suite bills for every employee. The next feature you need is always an edition upgrade, priced for every seat, and every customization you add deepens your dependence on Deluge, a language few developers write. A CRM built around how you sell puts the pricing logic inside the quote and the reporting inside the system, with the code in your own repository.

The work

Raleigh companies bring us Zoho questions. We work with those companies from Clearwater, Florida, over video. Discovery with the people who run the pipeline, working screens early, training at handover. No Triangle office. No partner badge, and no incentive tied to your seat count, which is rather the point.

Questions Raleigh companies ask

What people ask about leaving Zoho in Raleigh

Can you make Zoho work for us before we talk about leaving it?

That isn't our focus, and we'll say so on the first call. A clean Blueprint, fewer workflow rules with the reasoning written down, and a suite audit that trims the apps nobody opens can buy a Zoho org years, and that's usually a Zoho partner's job. We build the replacement for teams whose process has genuinely stopped matching Zoho's. We'll tell you which side of that line you're on.

Are you a Zoho partner?

We were, and we ended it. Years of setting up and supporting Zoho CRM and Zoho One as a partner is where the knowledge on this page comes from. Walking away from the partnership is what lets us hand it to you straight. Nothing we recommend changes our economics.

How does quoting actually get fixed?

By putting the pricing logic inside the quote instead of beside it. Tiers, options, margins, and the dependencies between lines all become rules the system enforces. A rep builds the quote in the CRM and nothing gets re-keyed from a spreadsheet. That's usually the first phase we build, because it's where the money errors live.

Do you come to Raleigh?

Rarely, and only when a scope genuinely calls for it. The engagement runs over video, which is how we work with most of our clients. Discovery by role, weekly reviews on working screens, remote training at handover. For CRM work, there's nothing an office visit adds that a shared screen doesn't.
