Dallas / Zoho
Replacing Zoho in Dallas.
Dallas teams living the standard Zoho pattern, the CRM holding the record and a spreadsheet holding the pricing, get a CRM built around how they sell and owned by their company. We build it. We were a Zoho partner for years and ended that relationship, so there's no reseller margin behind the advice. Our focus is replacing Zoho, and the audit says plainly when yours only needs a cleanup.
Who this is for, in Dallas
Dallas teams living the standard Zoho pattern. The CRM holds the record, a spreadsheet holds the pricing, a second tool covers the part Zoho didn't do, and someone rekeys between them. Companies of twenty to a few hundred people feel it most, because Zoho One bills for every employee whether they log in or not.
The work, in order
What replacing Zoho looks like from Dallas
Audit
The audit reads the org before anything is built. Every Deluge function somebody else wrote, documented in plain language for the rule it enforces. The workflow rules, the Blueprint transitions, and a count of which suite apps have actually been written to. If the reading says Zoho's standard modules could still carry your process, we say so plainly and point you at a Zoho partner. Where your process won't fit the modules, that gap is the whole decision, and it's what we build for.
Migration
Zoho exports each CRM module to CSV and exposes the rest through its bulk read API. The traps are known. Lookup fields come out as names and not ids, notes and attachments need separate calls, and Blueprint transitions exist in no export at all. We map every field, run a test import, and reconcile counts with you before anything gets switched off.
Build
The new system gets built while Zoho stays the system of record, importing accounts, contacts, deals, notes, and attachments on a schedule, so your Dallas team keeps selling without interruption. Pricing logic moves inside the quote. Books or Desk can stay, connected by sync. Cutover happens when the numbers reconcile.
Handover
Every account the system runs on is in your name from day one. Handover is documentation, training on your real pipeline over video, and administrator access you can revoke. The rules that lived in Deluge now live in a mainstream language any developer can maintain. An optional support plan covers the system we built, with no seat count attached.
Our focus
Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your Dallas team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.
Why teams here leave Zoho
Zoho One is licensed for every employee, the feature you need next usually sits one edition up for every seat, and the real pricing logic ends up in a spreadsheet beside the CRM. When each fix is one more Deluge function only its author understands, you're maintaining a software project on top of a subscription without owning any of it.
The work
We're a Clearwater, Florida firm without a Dallas office, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we bring is years of setting up and supporting Zoho for sales teams and for whole companies on the suite, before we changed sides. Dallas clients run the same remote engagement every client of ours does across the country. Written scope, working screens early, and a handover in your name.
Questions Dallas companies ask
What people ask about leaving Zoho in Dallas
Are you a Zoho partner?
We were, and we ended it to build replacements. That matters because there's no reseller margin or quota behind our advice now. If keeping Zoho and cleaning up the configuration is the right answer for your Dallas team, that's what you'll hear, along with who should do it.
Can you fix our Zoho org without replacing it?
That isn't our focus. A working Blueprint, workflow rules someone can explain, and the dead fields removed will carry a conventional pipeline a long way, and that's usually a Zoho partner's job. The strategy call is where we work out which side of that line you're on, and if it's the cleanup side, you leave with a pointer and no bill.
We have a lot of Deluge functions. Do those come with us if we leave?
The logic does. The code doesn't. We read what each function does, decide with you which rules still matter, and rebuild the ones that do in a mainstream language any developer can maintain. Functions that only existed to patch a Zoho limitation usually disappear.
Do you come to Dallas?
The engagement runs over video, which is how we work with clients across the country, and CRM work suits it well. The whole system is on a screen. If a session in your office would genuinely change the outcome, that's a scope conversation and not a standing promise.
