Replacing Smartsheet in Dallas.

Dallas PMOs liked Smartsheet because nobody needs training to type in a cell. Now the grid is also the ceiling, with premium capabilities stacked on every seat and the real analysis happening in Excel. We build the system that replaces it and your company owns it. We were a Smartsheet partner before we canceled those partnerships. Our focus is replacing Smartsheet. The work runs over video from Clearwater, Florida.

Who this is for, in Dallas

Dallas PMOs and operations teams that liked Smartsheet because nobody needs training to type in a cell. Now the grid is also the ceiling. Premium capabilities stack on top of every seat, the cross-sheet formulas make sense to one person, and the analysis that matters happens in Excel exported out of the grid.

The work, in order

What replacing Smartsheet looks like from Dallas

Audit

The audit reads the estate before anything is built. Every sheet, report and dashboard, who owns it, when it was last edited, and what each Control Center blueprint provisions, because none of that exports. Every cross-sheet formula gets read for the rule it encodes. If the reading says the grid still fits your program, we say so and point you at a Smartsheet partner for the housekeeping. We build for program offices that have outgrown cells.

Migration

The grids export cleanly, and the API brings attachments, comments, and cell history along with them. The real migration work is reading the cross-sheet formulas for the rules they enforce, then rebuilding those rules as tested code. The logic stops depending on nobody ever inserting a column.

Build

We build alongside the live sheets, import on a schedule, and reconcile the numbers your team actually watches before anything is retired. Provisioning projects from templates, rolling status up and planning people across projects become native features instead of premium capabilities. Seats and premium lines fall off at the renewal.

Handover

You get the code, the database and every account in your name from the start. Handover is documentation, training by role over video, and administrator access you can remove. The business rules that lived in formulas now live in versioned code with tests. An optional support plan covers the system we built, and only that.

Our focus

Our focus is replacing Smartsheet. If what your Dallas team really needs is Smartsheet working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.

Why teams here leave Smartsheet

Doing project management properly in Smartsheet costs well above the seat. Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, and Resource Management are each licensed on top, and the logic underneath is formulas that break silently. When the real analysis lives in Excel exports, the tool has stopped doing the job you bought it for.

The work

We're based in Clearwater, Florida, with no Dallas office, and the engagement runs over video the way all our remote work does. The Smartsheet experience is real. Years of setting it up and supporting it for PMOs and operations teams, plus a former partnership we walked away from so the advice could stay honest.

Questions Dallas companies ask

What people ask about leaving Smartsheet in Dallas

Were you a Smartsheet partner?

Yes, in the past. We canceled those partnerships to build replacements, so there's no commission behind the recommendation either way. If your Dallas team should stay on Smartsheet, we'll say so and point you at a partner who sets it up inside its limits.

Our whole program office runs on Control Center. Can that move?

Yes, and it's usually the strongest reason to move. Provisioning projects from a template, rolling up status, and planning people across projects are what a purpose-built system does natively, with no premium capability licensed on top of every seat. The scope names what each Control Center behavior becomes in the new system before anything is built.

Our formulas hold years of business rules. Do we lose them?

No. We read each cross-sheet formula for the rule it enforces, confirm it with the person who relies on it, and rebuild the ones that still matter as tested, version-controlled code. The rules that only exist to patch a grid limitation usually get retired on purpose.
