Clearwater / Zoho
Replacing Zoho in Clearwater.
Clearwater companies running Zoho hit the same wall, usually at the quoting module. Zoho holds the record, a spreadsheet holds the pricing, and somebody rekeys between the two. We build the CRM that replaces it, shaped to how you sell and owned by your company outright. We were a Zoho partner and ended it. Our focus is replacing Zoho. For a Clearwater business this starts across a table at 1221 Turner Street.
Who this is for, in Clearwater
Clearwater companies running the pattern we watched for years. Zoho holds the record, a spreadsheet holds the pricing, and somebody rekeys between the two. Law and accounting firms near the courthouse, healthcare groups, and the established companies along Gulf to Bay and US 19 all hit the same wall. It's usually the quoting module that hits it first.
The work, in order
What replacing Zoho looks like from Clearwater
Audit
The audit happens sitting next to the person who actually works the pipeline, with the live org on a screen. We read every Deluge function for the rule it enforces, list the workflow rules and Blueprint transitions, and count which suite apps have actually been written to. If the reading says your process still fits Zoho's standard modules and the problem is configuration debt, we say so in the room and point you at a Zoho partner. Reworking the org isn't our focus.
Migration
Zoho exports each CRM module to CSV and exposes the rest through its bulk read API. The traps are known ones. Lookups export as names rather than ids, notes and attachments need separate calls, and no export anywhere contains Blueprint transitions. Every field gets mapped, a test import runs, and you sign off on reconciled counts before anything is switched off.
Build
The new system gets built while Zoho stays the record, importing on a schedule so your team keeps selling through it. The pricing logic moves inside the quote instead of a spreadsheet beside it. Books or Desk connect by sync if they're earning their place. Cutover happens when the numbers reconcile.
Handover
Every account is in your company's name from day one. Training happens at your office or ours, with documentation and administrator access you can remove. The Deluge rules that mattered now live in a mainstream language any developer can read. An optional support plan covers the system we built, from an office a short drive from yours.
Our focus
Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your Clearwater team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.
Why teams here leave Zoho
Zoho One bills for every employee whether they log in or not. The next feature you need usually sits one edition up, for every seat. Real pricing logic ends up in a spreadsheet beside the CRM. And when each fix is one more Deluge function that only its author understands, you're maintaining software you don't own, on top of a subscription you're still paying for.
The work
Our office is on Turner Street, east of downtown Clearwater, and every system we build starts from this room. We set up and supported Zoho for years, for single sales teams and for whole companies running the suite, which is exactly why we build owned CRMs now. For a Clearwater business the engagement can begin with onsite discovery. We come to you, or you come to us.
Questions Clearwater companies ask
What people ask about leaving Zoho in Clearwater
Can we just come to your office and talk it through?
Yes. We're at 1221 Turner Street, and a first conversation across a table with your current Zoho org up on a screen is a perfectly good way to start. Bring the spreadsheet that lives next to the CRM. It usually tells the story faster than a demo does.
Are you a Zoho partner?
We were, and we ended those partnerships to build replacements. That's worth something to you. There's no reseller margin behind the advice, so when we tell you the org just needs a cleanup, nothing is being sold with that sentence, and the cleanup goes to someone who does them.
Can you clean up the org we have instead?
That isn't our focus. That work usually belongs with a Zoho partner or your IT provider, and we'll say so across the table rather than sell you a build. We build the CRM for companies whose process has stopped matching Zoho's, which in Clearwater usually shows up first as a quoting spreadsheet.
Do we have to leave all of Zoho One at once?
No. Most teams replace the CRM first, because that's where the workarounds pile up, and keep Books or Desk running with a sync in between. Each remaining app is then its own decision, made once the new system has settled.
