The first session is with whoever owns your cross-sheet formulas, in person, with the real sheets open. That person is holding the system together, and their workarounds are the honest specification. We inventory every sheet, report and dashboard, who owns it and when it was last touched, and read each formula for the rule it enforces. If the reading says the grid still fits, we say so and point you at a Smartsheet partner for the hardening. Hardening isn't our focus.
Migration
Grids export cleanly, and the API brings attachments, comments, and cell history along with them. The real work is different. Every cross-sheet formula gets read for the rule it enforces, that rule gets confirmed with the person who relies on it, and whatever survives is rebuilt as tested, version-controlled code.
Build
We build alongside the live sheets, import on a schedule, and reconcile the numbers your team actually watches before anything gets retired. Projects, tasks and budgets become real records, so rollups and per-role screens are ordinary features. Premium capabilities and seats fall off at renewal.
Handover
Handover happens across town. You get documentation, training at your office or ours, and every account already in your name. The rules that lived in one person's formulas now live in versioned code with tests. An optional support plan covers the system we built, and only that.

Do our attachments and comments survive a migration?
Yes. The API carries attachments, comments, and cell history across with the grids, and counts reconcile before anything is retired. The part that needs deliberate work is the formula logic. We rebuild that as tested code, one rule at a time, and never by copying cells.
