Replacing Zoho in Austin.
Zoho One made sense for a lot of Austin teams on day one. A few years in, the suite bills for every employee, the quoting lives in a spreadsheet, and a pile of Deluge functions only one person can read. We build the CRM that replaces it, shaped to how you sell and owned by your company. We were a Zoho partner and ended it. Our focus is replacing Zoho.
Who this is for, in Austin
Austin teams that grew into the familiar Zoho shape. The suite billed for every employee. Quoting logic living in a spreadsheet next to the CRM because the quotes module couldn't carry it. A pile of Deluge functions only one person can read. The person who calls us is usually the one who inherited that org.
The work, in order
What replacing Zoho looks like from Austin
Audit
We read the org before we build. Every Deluge function, workflow rule and Blueprint transition gets read for the rule it enforces and written down in plain language, then confirmed with the person who relies on it. We also count which Zoho One apps have actually been written to, because most bills cover a dozen and three or four get real use. If the reading says your process still fits the standard modules, you hear that and we point you at a Zoho partner. Reworking an org isn't our focus.
Migration
Each CRM module exports to CSV and the bulk read API covers the rest. The traps are ones we already know. Lookups come out as names where you wanted ids, notes and attachments take separate calls, and no export anywhere contains your Blueprint transitions or validation rules. Field-by-field mapping, a test import, and a count reconciliation all happen before anything gets turned off.
Build
We build the replacement while Zoho stays the system of record, importing on a schedule so your team keeps selling in Zoho the whole time. Pricing logic moves inside the quote instead of beside it. Books and Desk can stay where they are, synced into the new system, so finance and support see no change. Cutover happens when the pipeline totals reconcile. The seat count drops to nothing at renewal.
Handover
The repository, database and hosting are in your company's name from the first day. Handover is documentation, training on your real pipeline over video, and administrator access you can revoke. The Deluge rules that mattered now live in a mainstream language any developer can read. An optional support plan covers the system we built, and nothing about it requires us to stay.
Our focus
Our focus is replacing Zoho. If what your Austin team really needs is Zoho working better, not replaced, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a build. What we build is the system that replaces it.
Why teams here leave Zoho
Zoho One bills for every employee, or a higher rate if you only license some of them. The next feature you need usually sits one edition up, for every seat. Real pricing logic ends up rekeyed into a spreadsheet. A year of fixes later your team is maintaining a small software project on top of the subscription, and owns none of it.
The work
We're based in Clearwater, Florida. There's no Austin office and we won't imply one. Austin clients get the engagement all our remote clients get, which is discovery over screen shares of your live org, a written scope, working screens early, and a handover with the code and every account in your name.
Questions Austin companies ask
What people ask about leaving Zoho in Austin
Are you a Zoho partner?
We were, and we ended that partnership to build replacements. That's worth knowing, because it means the keep-or-leave advice carries no commission. If your Austin org needs a cleanup rather than a replacement, that's the answer you'll get, along with a pointer at who should do it.
Can you just clean up the Zoho org we have?
That isn't our focus, because it keeps businesses bending around the suite. If the audit shows a cleanup is all you need, we say so on the first call and send you to a current Zoho partner or your IT provider. We build the CRM for teams whose process has stopped matching Zoho's.
Do we have to leave all of Zoho One at once?
No. Most teams replace the CRM first, because that's where the workarounds pile up, and leave Books or Desk running with a sync in between. Every remaining app is its own decision, made once the new system has settled.
Can you actually get our data out of Zoho?
Yes. Zoho supports bulk export and has a real API, so records, notes, attachments, and history all come across with original record dates kept. You approve the field-by-field mapping before cutover. Anything Zoho won't export cleanly gets flagged early, while there's still time to deal with it. You also keep a read-only archive of the raw export.
